Republicans are pushing to use our taxpayer dollars to fund Trump’s ballroom renovation—the one he took a wrecking ball to the East Wing for, all while bypassing the proper Congressional authority.

This is wrong on every level.

Our tax money should support policies that actually help families—such as paid family leave, affordable childcare, and accessible health care—not unnecessary vanity projects that enrich the few while families fall behind. Parents are juggling jobs, kids, and medical bills, and they need leaders who will fight for real relief.
