Recent polls show Trump's approval rating sinking to new lows as the economy posts its sharpest decline in recorded history.

It comes as no surprise to anyone who still has a firm grip on reality. Trump's spectacular mismanagement of crisis after crisis must come with consequences.

Just last week, we saw Trump implode in a humiliating and now-viral interview for Axios. The polls are getting to him and it shows. These record-low approval numbers could mean that even Trump's base of loyalists are finally starting to crack, with all signs pointing to a landslide victory for the Democrats in November.

But some things just don't add up. According to a new Hill-HarrisX poll, 54% of voters say they approve of the work Trump is doing to create jobs.
