PFAW Member,
We are less than 90 days from what is one of the most important elections that our nation will have in generations. So many of the issues that progressives care about have been under attack since day one of the Trump administration and risk sustaining irreparable harm if Trump is reelected and we don’t flip the Senate.
While the momentum is on our side to win this November, we CANNOT risk complacency and assume that Trump will lose – because there’s a very real possibility he will get reelected, (I’ll never forget how November 9, 2016 felt and I know many of you remember it well) – we cannot let that happen again.
While the pandemic has flipped the world upside-down (including the world of campaigning), like many of us we have adapted to this new reality and have found creative ways that allow you to volunteer from the safety of your own home (or anywhere you are)!
PFAW is proud to have partnered with our friends at MobilizeAmerica to provide members like you with the opportunity to volunteer for campaigns up and down the ballot and across the country in 2020.
So many campaigns are people-powered movements and rely on the assistance of volunteers like you in order to win – can you volunteer an hour or more of your time?
While the November election may seem like an eternity from now, we both know it will be here in the blink of an eye. And as many states seek to implement alternative voting methods so that voters can cast their ballots in a safe and secure way, that means they’ll be voting BEFORE Election Day – making voter outreach NOW even more crucial to winning in 2020.
