Launched a nonpartisan initiative to protect election infrastructure against cybersecurity threats, supporting state and local election officials to fill the void left by federal cuts.
Spoken out against ICE violence in Minnesota and defended Americans’ right to peacefully protest and to record law enforcement activity without facing retaliation.
Highlighted the risks posed by the federal government’s unprecedented efforts to consolidate and gain access to the sensitive data held by government agencies – defending sensitive taxpayer information held by the IRS, states’ detailed voter registration information, and information about the millions of Americans participating in unemployment insurance and financial assistance programs.
Spoken out against the Administration’s retaliation against Anthropic for refusing to support mass domestic surveillance, assembling a powerhouse coalition of national security and technology leaders and filing an amicus brief to highlight the profound civil liberties and free market issues at stake.
Urged the Supreme Court to reject overbroad geofence warrants that can be used to gather information on every person in a given area.
Released a first of its kind report documenting Americans’ deep concerns around the government’s collection, sharing, and consolidation of Americans’ personal data.
