Last Chance to Add Your Voice to the Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion Scoping Process
The Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion is a cornerstone project in the Coastal Master Plan, helping reduce land loss and restore wetlands to protect communities, wildlife and the long-term health of the ecosystem. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is hosting a public scoping period on this project, and your voice is needed.
Scoping Period Ends on Sunday, August 16th. Act now and you can ask questions and raise key issues to inform the final Environmental Impact Statement, a key part of the process in moving this project forward. It can be daunting to write your own message – so we made it simple.
We’ll ask you 3 easy questions and use your answers to create your own personalized message – which you’ll get a chance to review before sending to the Corps.
