Hello,

Social Security is the most successful anti-poverty program in the history of the United States.

But President Trump recently issued an executive order that would divert hundreds of billions of dollars away from Social Security and Medicare, which could end Social Security forever.

Today, on the 85th birthday of Social Security, we're taking action to save it. Tell President Trump and Congress to strengthen -- not cut -- Social Security.

Social Security has saved millions of seniors and families from poverty. It represents a promise to every generation that we'll make sure they have a basic level of security in old age, or if they become disabled, or lose a parent or spouse.

We need to keep that promise. And we can, by making modest changes like ensuring that every American pays their fair share.

Year after year, Republicans have tried to raid Social Security or exploit it to increase Wall Street profits. President Trump's latest attack is no different, and we can't give up when our nation is in crisis.

Join Bob in fighting to protect Social Security for another 85 years -- and beyond. Tell President Trump and Congress to stop attacking Social Security.

Thank you,

Team Casey
