Hey John, it’s Tina here. Happy Monday! I was hoping to catch you at the start of your week.

Since the day I was sworn into office, I have been laser-focused on delivering solutions and working to build a better future for our state and for every Oregonian. That means lowering costs, protecting access to healthcare, defending our democracy, standing up for basic things like vote-by-mail and abortion access, and so much more.

But President Trump and his authoritarian extremism are standing in the way of our progress.

In the past year alone, President Trump has tried to put Oregon National Guard troops in Portland, sent ICE agents to terrorize our communities, threatened to cut food assistance for hungry households, and attacked our vote-by-mail system.

And now, I’m up against GOP opponents who are ready to act as a rubber stamp for Donald Trump’s agenda and push our state backward.
