Hi John,
Thank you for being part of the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Network.
Join Prosperity Now and partners for a virtual briefing on new national research exploring how community-based financial institutions are approaching decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital assets.
Decentralized Finance and Community-Based Financial Institutions: Opportunities, Constraints, and Readiness
This session will share findings from a national study developed in collaboration with the Blockchain Foundation and Intersect Public Affairs, with support from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The research looks at how mission-driven financial institutions are understanding, evaluating, and preparing to engage with digital assets.
The conversation will focus on how Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs) are evaluating emerging technologies, where opportunities are beginning to take shape, and what constraints and readiness factors are shaping adoption.
