In the last two weeks, Donald Trump endorsed my opponent and the major GOP super PAC, the “Congressional Leadership Fund,” reserved its first ad buy — the largest in history — which includes a massive buy targeting our market.

They are coming for my seat.

This race was already going to be close — this time around they’ve learned from their mistakes.

It’s only going to keep getting more expensive. More nationalized. More crowded with people who do not live here trying to decide who represents Southwest Washington.

I’m approaching this the same way I always have: doing the job I was hired to do.
