If you’ve followed any of our work, this pattern should feel familiar by now. The laws change, the funding gets threatened, and suddenly every university claims “compliance.”
But over and over again, our investigators find that the divisive DEI programs are still there. The only real adjustment is subterfuge — changing the language they use so they don’t get caught.
ASU isn’t even being subtle about it.
In a previous investigation, one administrator admitted they’re still incorporating DEI but have to be “cautious” in how they communicate it. Another admitted outright that they started “changing the language.”
This isn’t just some internal university debate. These are the people training future teachers, which means their ideology shows up in classrooms, influences the school curriculum, and shapes how kids across the country are taught to think.
ASU is betting they can ride this out, keep the funding, and avoid any real consequences as long as they keep things quiet.
