John,

No one likes asking for help. Most of us have worked hard all our lives to be
self-sufficient and provide for our families.

But for our January 6 patriots still waiting on pardons — good individuals
who answered the call to peacefully protest a stolen election — the last
five-plus years have been nothing short of a nightmare.

Luckily, the Trump Department of Justice has rightly asked the court to
vacate the charges and convictions against the unpardoned Proud Boys and Oath
Keepers leadersand dismiss the cases with prejudice.

After years of weaponized prosecutions under the Biden regime, this is the
right step toward real justice.

But a new threat has emerged — not from the DOJ, but from the radical left in
Congress.

Congressman Jamie Raskin — one of the most partisan Democrats in Washington —
filed an amicus brief in three separate appeals in the D.C. Circuit to defend
the original jury verdicts.

Our side’s attorneys had to drop everything and work around the clock all
weekend to draft a strong opposition brief!

The filing deadline is extremely tight — early this week.

These patriots have been completely financially drained after more than five
years of brutal legal battles, imprisonment, and persecution. Many are veterans
who served our country honorably, only to be treated like enemies of the state
by their own government. They simply do not have the resources to fund this
critical fight on their own while still dealing with other lingering issues.

Stand in the Gap has stepped in to raise emergency funds so their legal team
can file a powerful response — on time and with strength.

That is why we need your help today, John.

Our goal is to raise at least $120,000 this week to defend the 12 individuals
involved.

Every dollar you give helps protect the rule of law, push back against
leftist interference, and stand in the gap for these American patriots.

Please help us fight this battle by donating today.

Or keep reading to learn exactly who these individuals are — many of them
veterans — why they were unfairly targeted, and why this fight matters to every
conservative who believes in fairness and justice.

These were the patriots that the Biden DOJ pursued the hardest with
politically charged trials.

* Stewart Rhodes (Veteran), founder and leader of the Oath Keepers, was
convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to 18 years in prison.
* Kelly Meggs was convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to 12 years.
* Kenneth Harrelson (Veteran) was convicted of related felony charges and
sentenced to 4 years.
* Jessica Watkins (Veteran) was convicted of related felony charges and
sentenced to 8.5 years.
* Roberto Minuta, Edward Vallejo (Veteran), Joseph Hackett, and David
Moerschel were all convicted of seditious conspiracy after their own
months-long trial and received substantial prison sentences with federal
terrorism enhancements.
* Ethan Nordean was convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to 18
years.
* Joseph Biggs (Veteran) was convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced
to 17 years.
* Zachary Rehl (Veteran) was convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced
to 15 years.
* Dominic Pezzola (Veteran) was convicted of serious felony charges in the
same case and sentenced to 10 years.
These individuals should never have been targeted with inflated seditious
conspiracy charges in the first place.

Now, the Trump administration is finally moving to correct this injustice and
vacate the convictions.

But Raskin is fighting tooth and nail to stop it.

He is demanding the court appoint a special lawyer (an independent amicus) to
oppose the DOJ and defend the old jury verdicts —essentially trying to keep the
deep state’s narrative alive and continue punishing these patriots.

This need is especially urgent.

These patriots are broke and still fighting on multiple fronts. They cannot
afford to pay lawyers to defend against this latest leftist attack themselves.

Even if you’re unable to give financially right now, your prayers for these
patriots, for wisdom in the courtroom, and for protection against political
persecution are always powerful and deeply appreciated.

Thank you for your time, consideration, and continued support of conservative
values and American justice.

In solidarity,

Shane Jenkins

P.S. This is exactly the kind of emergency Stand in the Gap was built to
handle.

Even after President Trump commuted their sentences, many of our brothers and
sisters are still struggling to rebuild their lives. They endured prison, lost
jobs, homes, friends, and family. They were publicly defamed and smeared by the
mainstream media and the radical left as "insurrectionists" and "terrorists.”

In many ways, that’s when the hardest part began — financial ruin, ongoing
stigma, and now fresh attacks from radicals like Jamie Raskin.

After everything our fellow patriots have endured, they shouldn’t have to
face this alone.

The courtroom fight continues with a razor-sharp deadline.

Without your rapid support, these individuals won’t have the legal resources
they need to push back effectively.

Your donation today provides emergency legal defense funding so we can keep
standing strong for them.
