John,
We wanted to make sure you didn’t miss this major story about our work to fight back against the Trump administration's attacks on clean energy:
As we all know, Donald Trump’s war on renewable energy is completely illegal — and now a federal judge has agreed! In a 73-page ruling, the court excoriated the Trump administration for targeting the renewable energy industry with extreme prejudice.
This is a major victory for our climate movement, but this is not the end of the story. The Trump administration is certainly going to appeal this ruling, and that means this issue could be headed to the Supreme Court where Trump has installed an ultra-conservative majority.
Will you please rush in a donation right now to help us keep fighting back against these attacks on renewable energy and leading the fight toward a more sustainable future? [[link removed]]

* Requiring sign-off from Interior Secretary Doug Burgum on all major approvals
* Instructing the Interior Department and the Army Corps of Engineers to prioritize “energy dense” projects to benefit fossil fuels
* Banning access to a critical Fish and Wildlife Service species database
* Targeting offshore wind leases through a legal opinion
The judge agreed these actions were completely unlawful! If this ruling stands, it will be a major blow to Donald Trump’s renewable energy blockade and finally allow renewable energy projects that are currently awaiting permits to be pushed forward. Our SEEC Members like Reps. Sean Casten and Mike Levin have been leading the fight for real permitting reform in Congress, but they can’t do it without our support.
