John,

The Deep State is in big trouble, but it’s still trying to undermine the conservative agenda.

We warned you. Now, in critical Senate testimony, Attorney General Barr CONFIRMED “the grave abuses involved in the bogus 'Russiagate' scandal.” He has also detailed how this was "spring-loaded" to "sabotage the presidency."

This is a VERY BIG DEAL. At the ACLJ, we’ve filed numerous lawsuits against the Deep State FBI and intelligence community. We're unearthing evidence of corruption regarding fired FBI Director James Comey's spies placed in the White House.

We’ve released our latest Quarterly Report to Congress, detailing more corruption and turning over new evidence, as the Senate subpoenas former Obama Administration and Deep State officials.

And we just won a significant court victory against the Deep State which was refusing to turn over key documents (or even admit they exist) regarding “unmasking” – including the unmasking of Lt. Gen. Flynn going back to the Obama Administration.

We’re back in court in a few days in that case, and the courts are restarting many of our other cases that had been paused due to the Coronavirus. Our work DOES NOT STOP.

But we need YOU to take action with us before our next court deadline to defeat the Deep State.
