Because of you, Virginians voted YES.
Republicans are in the process of rigging the midterm elections. When they gerrymandered districts in North Carolina for the 2024 election to pick up 3 seats, we did not respond. Then this year they rigged districts in Texas to pick up 5 more, and one more in both Missouri and North Carolina and they have scheduled a special session in Florida and are looking at Louisiana and Alabama for even more.
Last Tuesday, we protected Virginia’s independent redistricting system, leveled the playing field for the 2026 elections, and made it clear that voters, not politicians, have the final say.
This didn’t happen by accident. It happened because people like you made a plan, talked to friends and family, and showed up.
You took this seriously. And it made the difference.
Thank you for being part of it.
This win sends a message beyond Virginia. When voters are given the chance, they choose fairness, accountability, and a system that works for everyone.
