I’ll be honest — I froze.

We didn’t have the numbers. We didn’t have the staff. We didn’t have the
roadmap yet.

But he wasn’t fazed.

He said, “Don’t worry. We’ll figure it out. We’ll do it together.”

That was Charlie.

He didn’t think small. He didn’t move slow. He didn’t settle for “maybe
someday.”

He believed in going now.

And he believed that if the mission was right, the path would reveal itself.

He chased what others only dreamed about... and turned what others thought
impossible into reality.
