Governor Ron DeSantis and Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio have FAILED Floridians during the COVID-19 pandemic and the worst unemployment crisis we’ve seen in our lifetimes.
Add your name to demand they get to work for Florida.
Instead of doing their jobs and helping Floridians during the greatest health and economic crises of our lifetimes -- they chose to spend their energy defending Trump’s dangerous decisions and divisive rhetoric. Floridians are paying the price.
Their failure has resulted in the unnecessary loss of life and the worst unemployment Florida has ever seen. And if that wasn't bad enough, many workers have not even been able to access the unemployment benefits they need because the state’s GOP leaders designed our unemployment compensation system to fail. But don’t take our word for it -- take the word of someone with firsthand knowledge -- our governor:

And Florida’s unemployment crisis is still getting worse: The federal enhanced unemployment benefit of $600 just expired. And so far, Marco Rubio and Rick Scott have come up with nothing in the Senate to replace it.
We cannot allow this incompetence and failure of leadership to continue: Sign on now to demand that our elected leaders get to work IMMEDIATELY to help unemployed Floridians and to prevent this crisis from worsening.
