CNN: Trump says he opposes funding USPS because of mail-in voting

Voting by mail is safe, secure, and accessible. It's so secure that even President Trump and his family vote by mail. But that isn't stopping Trump from trying to undermine the voting process for the rest of us -- calling mail-in voting "rigged" and attacking the USPS.

In normal times, every American should have the option to vote by mail. During a pandemic, that should go without question. That's why in California, where every registered voter is expected to receive a ballot in the mail for the Nov. 3 general election, we're doing all we can to make sure the voting process is safe -- even during a pandemic.

Team, every American must have the option to easily vote by mail, especially during a crisis like this. If you agree that voting rights and mail-in voting must be protected, will you add your name to our petition calling on Trump to stop these attacks?
