It’s been a busy month, friend!

We started April with over 4,500 Canadians making LIB2026 the largest policy convention in our party’s history – over 50% of Canadians in attendance were joining us for the first time, and nearly 1,000 were young Canadians!

Then, we strengthened our Liberal team in Parliament, with Doly Begum (Scarborough Southwest), Danielle Martin (University–Rosedale), and Tatiana Auguste (Terrebonne) winning important by-elections and joining the biggest women’s caucus in history.

And we’re continuing to deliver real results on the priorities that matter most for Canadians: we’ve cut taxes on fuel until Labour Day to bring down costs, we’re speeding up the construction of homes and local infrastructure projects to create well-paying careers for Canadians, and we’re diversifying our trade partnerships to build a more resilient economy at home.
