White Coat Waste Project I just don't
get it Taxpayer... and I'm extremely concerned. This trend is
lousy and honestly very shocking, especially when comparing to
our last several launches. Is there a reason?

Taxpayer - I just don't get it.
You've learned so much about the NIH max-pain crisis. So, we
counted on a huge influx of support for our new Primate
Protection Plan.
That didn't happen, Taxpayer. Now I'm bumping Mackie's note the
top of your inbox ... along with this:
That's a lousy trend, Taxpayer.
You see, the first 72 hours following a new campaign launch are
the most critical.
If we don't show an initial surge of grassroots support, the
primate testing lobby reads it as a sign of weakness. Even worse,
Congress assumes the issue isn't a priority.
Taxpayer, the Senate may even think you want PAY MORE for NIH's
primate labs!
We still have time to turn this around - but not much.
Taxpayer, last time you stepped up, we ended USDA's Kitten
Slaughterhouse and FDA's baby monkey nicotine addiction labs.
We also just passed a House bill directing the NIH to end its own
primate labs. This bill applies to the 2020 budget year, which
actually begins on October 1, 2019.
Bottom line: we've got less than 30 days to rally the Senate and
White House to block the NIH spending spree. But we haven't fully
funded our Primate Protection Plan yet.
Can you help, Taxpayer?

Crisis: "The [National Institutes of Health] increased
maximum pain experiments on the animals, in which no relief is
given, by 300 percent." -IJR Severe Pain: government
bureaucrats often deny them pain relief and anesthesia. Urgent:
right now, NIH is preparing to RAM THROUGH even more spending on
the worst primate tests in the entire federal government!
Deadline: Taxpayer, follow this link to rush as much as you can to
block NIH's spending spree on painful primate labs!

Ripped away from their moms just after birth. Holes are
drilled into their skulls. Locked in solitary confinement and
addicted to heroin and cocaine. Taxpayer, NIH's max pain primate
labs just hit their highest-ever level. It's a crisis. But as I
write this, the government is plotting to vastly increase this
spending - that means even more abuse... deducted from your
paycheck! Taxpayer, is this how you want your money spent?
Make it happen »
Opportunity: Taxpayer, we just rallied the House
of Representatives to pass a 2020 bill directing the NIH to phase
out its primate tests! But to finish the job and block the NIH's
spending spree, we must win in the Senate. Our new Primate
Protection Plan is the key... and that's why I'm writing you
today, Taxpayer. We need your help to launch more ads, alert
more press, rally 125,000 more taxpayers, and lobby all 100
senators - just like you did to save the USDA kittens and FDA
baby monkeys! Congress returns from recess in just a few days -
and we haven't fully funded this new campaign yet. Taxpayer,
will you help? Mackie Burr Digital Director White Coat
Waste Project P.S. DEADLINE: We've rallied the House, but the
Senate hasn't stepped up yet. To cover our new Primate Protection
Plan and block the NIH's spending spree, we must raise at least
$58,000 by midnight September 4. Taxpayer, can you chip in? -
Mackie
To stop taxpayer-funded animal tests, we must first stop
the $15 billion+ in wasteful government spending.
We
find, expose, and de-fund wasteful government spending on animal
experiments. To change public policy, we unite liberty lovers and
animal lovers with hard-hitting investigations and public policy
campaigns.
