Wisconsin is the swing state most likely to determine the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election. The 2nd Congressional District I represent in south central Wisconsin supports Democrats, but we need to increase voter turnout as much as possible.
For the past few election cycles, thousands of people in my district have enjoyed early voting options at libraries and other locations, but conservative judges recently slashed the number of weeks early voting will be available.
I introduced a bill in Congress to make the right to vote a Constitutional amendment, but we also
need to do the organizing work right now to make sure voters know how to cast their ballots safely.
