Team, by now you've certainly heard the news: Sen. Kamala Harris is Joe Biden’s running mate – and everything we do between now and Election Day is more critical than ever. 

With election forecast after election forecast moving this race in our favor, as well as at the top of the ticket — Texas has never been in a better position to flip to blue. 

But as always, we can’t get complacent. Republicans aren't going to give up TX-25 and this state without a fight, so we have to double down on our work to contact voters about what's at stake in this election.

Politics is about more than elections — and real progress requires constant activism. 

The choice we're facing is between a corrupt, inept, fascist in Donald Trump and a Biden and Harris administration that can act as a force for good in this country in the march toward racial and economic justice. 

And it's not just Donald Trump. It's also Trump Republicans like Roger Williams. He has sold us down the river — taking taxpayer-funded loans for his car dealership, and refusing to fight for the extension of unemployment benefits that have helped keep many families afloat through this unprecedented economic crisis.

Our organizers and volunteers are making incredible strides in conversations with voters. Julie's message is catching on, and it's clear that folks are sick and tired of the astonishing dysfunction coming out of Washington. But early voting starts in 61 days, which means we have big goals to hit if we're going to successfully take on Roger Williams' and the GOP's war chest.
