Meet Lauren Boebert, Jack: She’s the far-right, Trump-loving conspiracy theorist running for Congress in Colorado’s third congressional district—and we need to do everything in our power to ensure she’s not elected.

Here’s what you need to know:

Boebert is the owner of Shooter’s Grill, a restaurant where servers openly carry loaded guns—while on the job. (More recently, Boebert defied public health orders by opening Shooter’s for indoor dining in the midst of the pandemic).

She’s a conspiracy theorist who proudly touts the endorsement of a known white nationalist.

She ousted incumbent Rep. Scott Tipton in the GOP’s June primary, and her extreme views have put this rural House seat on the map.

Democrats have an EXCELLENT candidate in Diane Mitsch Bush—a former tenured professor and state legislator who has a proven record of standing up for rural Colorado. (The Denver Post calls her a “policy wonk and a pragmatist”). And a new poll out of the district has Diane tied with Boebert.

Now, we need to come together and do everything in our power to defeat Boebert. This isn’t just about one House seat. It’s about standing up for our values, and making sure that reason and decency defeat the lies and hate that Donald Trump has sowed in this country.

Please, rush a donation to Diane’s campaign today. Let’s make sure she has the resources to contact, educate and turn out the voters in her district. Here’s the link to give: secure.actblue.com/donate/ots4dmb

Thank you,
Stefanie
