Spring always comes with a little bit of cleaning up, getting organized, and getting ready for what is next. That is where we are right now at CT Dems.
We are taking stock of what it takes to win and making sure the foundation is in place early. That means strengthening our organizing programs , improving how we communicate with voters , and making sure local leaders and volunteers have the tools and support they need to do this work well.

It also means doing the less visible work that matters just as much as the very visible work does. We are contesting every single race on the ballot this year. We are organizing close to 200 conventions, from statewide all the way down to the super local races. We are reinvigorating our Caucuses. And we are registering hundreds of new voters.
This work may not always be flashy, but it is what makes everything else possible. Strong campaigns are built in the day-to-day work of preparing early, staying organized, and showing up consistently.
And this work is already underway. People are volunteering, showing up to events, and asking how they can help in their own communities. Our job is to meet that energy with structure and support.
