John,
Last month, we updated you about Georgia’s Senator Kelly Loeffler and her attempt to stifle the voices of racial justice activists in the WNBA.
In response to league players who wanted to use their platform to raise awareness for the murders of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks, and so many others, and to express their support for the Black Lives Matter movement, Senator Loeffler — who is part owner of the Atlanta Dream women’s basketball team — adamantly opposed, denounced, and belittled their efforts.
But Senator Loeffler’s crusade to suppress the voices of women in the WNBA was met with resistance — and players upped the stakes with their own message for her:

“Vote Warnock” says the Atlanta Dream players alongside others across the WNBA. John — We couldn’t agree more.
We have the opportunity to send Kelly Loeffler packing this November. Will you join Hank and the courageous players of the WNBA in supporting her Democratic opponent, Rev. Raphael Warnock, with a split contribution?
Loeffler’s plantation-style mentality and behavior doesn’t stop at her role as a WNBA co-owner — it disqualifies her from representing the state of Georgia in the Senate seat she was appointed to. As our senator, she has brought nothing but shame and a reliable “Yes” vote to Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump’s cruel agenda.
She is out-of-touch with everyday Georgians, and only serves corporations and the wealthy elite. What’s worse, she was even caught red-handed trying to profit off the COVID-19 by engaging in unethical stock trading.
But unlike her position as a WNBA co-owner, we hold the power to oust her from the Senate — and that’s exactly what we’ll do this November by rallying around Raphael Warnock.
Kelly Loeffler must go. Will you support Hank’s reelection campaign and Rev. Warnock’s Senate challenge by making a split contribution today?
