As a public servant, and one of the first African American women to graduate from the Virginia Military Institute, I know how important it is to uphold our democracy. That’s why I’m running for Governor of Virginia and pushing for national Vote-By-Mail.

Studies show that Universal Vote-By-Mail cuts costs, increases voter turnout, and improves election reliability. It’s a no-brainer, and we need it now more than ever due to Covid-19.

That’s why I’m proud to partner with MARCH ON -- a progressive organization that helped elect the largest number of women to Congress in our nation’s history 2018. Now, they’re leading the charge to pass national Vote-By-Mail with their Massive Mobilization Movement.

MARCH ON has a digital fundraising goal of $50,000 by Sunday, August 16th to fund their data-driven initiatives to create the largest Democratic electorate in our nation’s history.

Can you chip in at least $5 now to MARCH ON? It is imperative that we pressure congress to pass Vote-By-Mail before it’s too late.

Vote-By-Mail is the right thing to do. It increases participation and safeguards our elections. Without your help, the federal government won’t pass Vote-By-Mail. We must take this into our own hands.
