Set against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving 2026 Midterm Election cycle, the Hathaway PAC Conference and Banquet will serve as both a strategic forum and a celebratory call to action; bridging grassroots energy with institutional knowledge and leadership to chart a path toward a sustainable economic and social agenda. As the Democratic Party seeks to expand its footprint and deepen its impact across Southern states, this is the beginning of a national education campaign highlighting the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, Freedom to Vote Act, the United States Supreme Court Case -- Louisiana v. Callais, and fair maps and their nuance, application, and iteration to the state of Arkansas," said Dr. Quintessa Hathaway. The conference will be held at the Ron Robinson Theater at 100 River Market Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 at 8am-4pm and guests are asked to wear professional business attire.
