John, Our healthcare system is a mess— and it’s only getting worse.
More than 130,000 Pennsylvanians had to drop their health insurance because it’s too expensive to pay for it without ACA subsidies that Congressional Republicans killed.
I don’t think Washington should be forcing people in the richest country in the history of the planet to choose between their health care or paying bills, especially while this president and Republicans around him are spending billions of dollars overseas for a war we don’t have to fight.
At the bare minimum, we should be extending these tax credits. But I believe we should be doing a lot more.
That’s why I’ve been a cosponsor of the Medicare for All Act my entire time in Congress. Everybody should be able to afford decent healthcare. If that’s a fight you believe in, please chip in a few bucks today to help me get this passed and keep working to make life less of a ripoff → [[link removed]]

Let me be very clear: Republicans are the reason we’re in this mess.
They managed to make our healthcare crisis worse with their Medicaid cuts and failure to renew the ACA tax credits. They refused to join guys like me who were trying to stop healthcare costs from exploding.
Now Pennsylvanians and folks around the country are paying the price for the GOP’s weak leadership. Health insurers are jacking up premiums, which means higher bills for hardworking people when everything is already too expensive.
We need to stop Americans from getting hammered by rising health care costs. We can’t keep settling for a broken, expensive, profit-driven system tied to your job—one that leaves millions uninsured or underinsured.
We need to pass Medicare for All and any other legislation that will fix our broken healthcare system. Help me continue this important fight and make life more affordable for our families by chipping in now → [[link removed]]
