We’re coming to you today with a bit of a situation that we could use your help with. Can we have a chance to explain?

We are experiencing a slowdown in fundraising which typically happens during the summer months.

However, the coronavirus pandemic is making things even more difficult. And because of this, our average donation amount is declining and in the last few days our average donation has been even lower than usual.

But with so much on the line in 2020, we can’t afford to slow down now.

So we have two options: we either need more donations or for supporters giving their first donation to give just a bit more than we normally ask for.

Normally, most first time contributors chip in $5. If you would consider contributing $10 we’ll be where we need to be during the slower summer months.

So what do you say? Can you make a $10 donation to help us defeat Trump, flip the Senate, and elect gun safety candidates this year?

We are confident that with your support we can make up for lost ground. Every time we reach out to you for your help with something like this we know we can count on you to step up and make a difference.
