Hi friend --

With less than 3 months to go until the election, Barack Obama isn’t sitting on the sidelines.

He spoke to the soul of the nation in his recent tribute to the late Congressman John Lewis, a Founding Father of the Civil Rights Movement. It marked a return to the political stage for the 44th President, who reminded us that election day can’t come soon enough -- Democracy itself is on the ballot.

With voting rights under attack, polling locations closed, and a war against mail-in voting threatening the legitimacy of the election in November, Obama’s message to Trump was clear: the battle for justice is not done, the fight for freedom continues, and we won’t stop marching until we achieve equality once and for all.

Obama called on each of us to take up the unfinished work of civil rights leaders and carry it into the next generation. We can start by beating Trump in November. With affordable housing and health care for millions of Americans on the chopping block, it’s not just Obama’s legacy that is at stake -- it’s the lives and livelihoods of millions of our neighbors. As Obama becomes increasingly vocal ahead of the election, so will the GOP’s attacks. So we need to know -- will you stand beside him?

Do you approve of Barack Obama?
