It's important to me that you take a look at these recent polls.

Sara Gideon (D): 48% (+3)
Susan Collins (R): 45%

PPP Poll
Sara Gideon (D): 47% (+5)
Susan Collins (R): 42%

Colby College Poll
Sara Gideon (D): 44% (+5)
Susan Collins (R): 39%

These numbers all look good for us. Sara is in the lead -- but only by a very small amount. And we know that lead can evaporate quickly unless we have the resources to fight back against Republican attack ads.

And we know those attack ads are coming because our race could determine control of the Senate, so Mitch McConnell will spend whatever it takes to stop us from flipping this seat.

That's why I have to ask:

Will you make an emergency contribution now to make sure we have the resources to keep up with McConnell's outrageous spending in Maine?

Because of supporters like you, we are in a strong position to defeat Susan Collins in November IF we keep pushing.

So we can't afford to take our foot off the gas, not even for a second. It could mean the difference between Democrats taking control of the Senate, or Mitch McConnell continuing to steer the ship.

So let's keep fighting.
