This week, the Trump Administration has started the process to return $166 billion in tariff fees after the Supreme Court ruled that they were unconstitutional.
If you are a business owner, you may qualify for a tariff refund.

The average family is paying more than $2,500 extra this year because of Trump Administration tariffs. In Congress, I am also pushing for legislation that will make consumers whole and provide an automatic refund to anyone who has paid the Trump Administration an unconstitutional tariff.
