Dear Patriot,

You and I are closer than we’ve ever been to forcing the feds to get a warrant before they can spy on us using FISA Section 702 as their authority.

Section 702 of FISA was meant to authorize the federal government to collect intelligence on foreigners overseas, but it has been illegally used MILLIONS of times against innocent Americans right here at home.

Two years ago, we lost this battle to restore your Fourth Amendment rights in the U.S. House by just ONE VOTE.

But last week, TWENTY Republican representatives refused to bring Section 702 renewal to the floor, unless it included reforms to protect your rights.

They are:

Rep. Burchett (TN) Rep. Burlison (MO)
Rep. Cloud (TX) Rep. Clyde (GA)
Rep. Crane (AZ) Rep. Davidson (OH)

Rep. Harris (NC) Rep. Harshbarger(TN)
Rep. Massie (KY) Rep. Miller (IL)
Rep. Norman (SC) Rep. Ogles (TN)
Rep. Perry (PA) Rep. Rose (TN)
Rep. Self (TX) Rep. Spartz(IN)

But Patriot, this battle is far from over, so you and I must DOUBLE DOWN now.[link removed] ([link removed])

You see, many of the representatives listed above caved in 2024 and agreed to bring renewal to a final vote without a warrant requirement.

They settled for a chance to amend the bill on the House floor . . .

. . . but House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) was the deciding vote to KILL the amendment!

Of course, Johnson is now ALL IN on government goons spying on you and me without a warrant.

But he’s not the only one who has turned on liberty!

Many Republicans who have been good on this issue in the past -- including Jim Jordan (OH), Chip Roy (TX), and Andy Biggs (AZ) –- FLIPPED last week! They voted to bring “clean” spy authorization to the floor!

That’s why you and I MUST turn up the pressure NOW!

Unless you and I push back HARD, more legislators will flipk and we will lose this critical battle once more.

It is urgent we drum up action in key House districts, so the warrant requirement is attached BEFORE Section 702 is brought back to the floor.

FISA Section 702 renewal expires at the end of this month, so you KNOW the Deep State is pushing HARD to FLIP the holdouts.

According to sources, Republicans are being pressured by national security officials who are unified against your Fourth Amendment rights.

It’s up to you and me to push back HARDER.

But we need the resources to kick up a groundswell of support to defeat the Surveillance State -- and we need them right now.

Make no mistake, the fight over FISA Section 702 is coming to a head -- and everything we’ve warned about is happening.

Mike Johnson and Republican leadership want to FORCE through a long-term renewal of Section 702 with little debate and no meaningful warrant protections for Americans.

This is how it works in the Swamp when they think they can get away with it . . .

They move behind the scenes.

They bury the details.

They hope you won’t notice until it’s too late.

But we are paying attention -- and we’re not backing down.

Ultimately, Republicans can’t afford to lose many in their party to ignore the Constitution.

Mike Johnson will have to rely on his ultra-thin majority just to get to the final vote –- just TWO Republican dissidents can keep the bill from making it to the floor!

It’s the perfect storm, Patriot.

You and I simply must INCREASE the pressure or risk going down to defeat once again.

If they succeed, the opportunity to fix this might disappear for years.
