Working people are being robbed.
In the richest country in the world, the cost of everything is going up while paychecks stay the same or go down. And the same crooks overcharging us and underpaying us now say they want to replace us with robots.
But the people? They see it.
They see how the government can find the money for everything but working families. How we find money for Trump’s tax breaks for the wealthy. How we find billions for wars and coups.
The truth is that we DO have the resources to make sure every person who calls this country home has the things they need to build a good life. To support their families. To leave something for our kids and grandkids.
In the wealthiest country in the history of the world, none of this should be considered a radical idea. But to win the future we deserve, we all need to step up now like never before.

The national Working Families Guarantee is what we’re going to demand of the wealthy and well-connected, and the politicians in their pocket.
It means you will have a home you can afford.
It means that AI call centers won’t be driving up your energy costs.
It means you can go to the doctor without worrying about how you’ll pay for it.
It means you’ll have low-cost childcare, and that everyone will have 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave.
It means you’ll have a good job that pays the bills AND allows you to enjoy your life.
None of this is pie in the sky. We know, because the Working Families Party has won these kinds of victories for working families in state after state for more than two decades.
We have worked to pass first-of-their-kind paid family leave and sick time programs in states like Connecticut and New Jersey. We’ve guaranteed child care in New Mexico, and we’re about to do it in New York City.
The path is clear. We are going to take on the wealthy and well-connected who have rigged our economy and our politics against working people, and who have hoarded all the wealth for themselves.
We know this won’t happen in one year, or just one election.
But this is a fight we will win — if we all stand together to demand what we deserve.
