*STEPS Planned System Outage – April 24, 2026 to April 26, 2026 *

The State of Texas Electronic Provider System (STEPS) will be unavailable from Friday, April 24, 2026, at 5 p.m. to Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 9 p.m. CST due to a planned outage for system updates. External users will not have access to STEPS during this time.  

Important Dates/Deadlines: 

· The STEPS Release 3 will go live on April 27, 2026. Reference the STEPS Transition Phased Release Plan [ [link removed] ] (.pdf) for additional details.
