Hey John, it’s James Gravitt, Jo Mendoza’s campaign manager.

We kicked off the quarter with an exciting announcement that Team Mendoza officially has the keys to our first campaign office.

But this new office comes with new costs on top of everything else our campaign pays for. Here’s a look at our bills so far this
month:


April Campaign Costs:

Yard signs: $6 each

Water and sunscreen for volunteers: $200

Door knocking materials: $1000+

Rent: $1700+

Office furniture: $3000+



I wanted to show you this because I want you to know exactly where your donation goes.

Thanks to small-dollar grassroots support, we went from running our
campaign from Jo’s kitchen table and local coffee shops to having an entire campaign office (and it’s already making a huge
difference for us).

But these costs add up, John, and we don’t have the same monthly budget that Republican
SuperPACs have.

So to stay on top of our bills and stay on track to win this race, we’re counting on you to help us out.
