So many of the attacks on voting this year come down to Trump's ego. He'll never let himself believe he legitimately lost in 2020, and he is absolutely terrified of a Congress controlled by the same party he has labeled as "traitors" and so much worse.
He seems willing to do anything -- and we mean anything -- to suppress votes, kill mail-in ballots, and drive people away from the polls.
We're working nonstop to defend our fundamental right to vote from a hostile administration and opponents of voting rights around the country. RUSH $35 or more today to fuel that work and make every vote count in the midterms and beyond! >> [[link removed]]

Politico: Trump administration subpoenaing Arizona 2020 voting records, as Trump pushes to consolidate election power [[link removed]]
John: The Trump administration has subpoenaed records related to the 2020 election in Maricopa County, which is Arizona's largest county.
The move came just six weeks after the FBI raided an elections office outside Atlanta, seizing records related to the 2020 presidential election. This is because Trump and his cronies continue to spread debunked conspiracy theories about voter fraud in that election.
Arizona’s Maricopa County — like Georgia’s Fulton County — has long been a centerpiece of those conspiracy theories, with opponents of voting rights alleging widespread fraud in the 2020 election without evidence , even after multiple taxpayer-funded state investigations have found nothing.
Trump's MAGA DOJ is partly doing this to salve Trump's wounded ego over his 2020 loss. But they are also doing this to scare eligible voters away from participating in the crucial 2026 midterm elections.
John: We must not let them silence our voices, especially at the ballot box. Help fuel our work to inform voters and protect our fundamental rights with $35 or whatever you can today >> [[link removed]]

Trump has repeatedly threatened to “nationalize” elections ahead of the 2026 midterms, despite the fact that the Constitution explicitly delegates election administration duties to the states.
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes had a strong response:
“ What the Trump administration appears to be pursuing now is not a legitimate law enforcement inquiry ,” Mayes said. “ It is the weaponization of federal law enforcement in service of crackpots and lies. ”
The "why" is patently clear -- make as many threats as possible in purple states and key districts to scare off eligible voters and suppress them before they even try and take part in the ballot process.
Overturning the 2020 results would be a bonus for MAGA, winning November's midterms is the real objective. Chip in $35 or however much you can to help us Inform and turn out as many eligible voters as possible and make each of those votes count >> [[link removed]]

Integrity First Voter Action Project is dedicated to expanding ballot access and increasing voter participation across the country.
Since the Supreme Court gutted key provisions in the Voting Rights Act, extreme politicians have taken advantage to pass harsh laws that restrict access to the ballot box. These restrictions particularly affect disadvantaged communities and people of color. It’s our goal to bring awareness to these laws wherever they may crop up and organize voters to take action to ensure the right to vote is available to everyone in their states and communities.
