* Closing Billionaire Tax Loopholes → Antonio’s plan fixes the tax code so that billionaires can’t hide from paying their fair share. That means taxing capital gains at the same rate for executives and workers, ending the Roth IRA loophole that allows the mega-rich to grow their wealth tax-free, and restoring IRS funding so protections can be enforced.
