Dear John xxxxxx,
Join us Friday, August 14 at 12p PT for the next installment of our virtual conversation series. Next up is part one of our two-part series: "The Case for Restorative Justice: How Healing Dialogue Can Transform Our Justice System" Link to register is HERE ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
We will be discussing the importance of restorative justice in healing for victims and survivors of crime and people experiencing incarceration. This week our host Sam Lewis will be joined by Javier Stauring, Executive Director of Healing Dialogue and Action (HDA), and Itzel and Maggie Bonilla, who lost their sister and niece to violent crime. Restorative justice provides healing for survivors and their families, and gives people who have harmed others an avenue to self-healing and making amends.
This subject and these stories are so vital to continued change and healing, but we want to warn our audience members that this topic and the discussion may be triggering and/or difficult to hear.
Join us live at 12pm by registering HERE. ([link removed][UNIQID]) This conversation will be streamed via Zoom, and ARC's social media platforms on Facebook Live ([link removed][UNIQID]) , Twitter ([link removed][UNIQID]) , and YouTube ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
