Joe Biden announced his running mate on the presidential ticket this week, wiping away any doubt that he’s a political “moderate.”

He announced on Tuesday that California Senator Kamala Harris will be his Vice President if elected, and I’m scared for what that means for our great state and all of America.

The Democratic ticket is now made up of coastal elites. Is that what’s best for Nebraska?

By choosing Kamala Harris, Biden is embracing her radical leftist ideology as his own.

Harris has embraced the policies of the radical left, aligning herself with the “democratic socialist” wing of her party.

She was one of the first Democrats to co-sponsor Bernie Sanders’ single-payer Medicare for All. She is on record saying she wants to eliminate private insurance, even if people like their plans. She’s a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal, she’s vowed to repeal the Trump tax cuts that benefitted the middle class, and she continuously votes against measures to protect life.

Joe Biden had an opportunity to choose a moderate as his running mate, but instead he chose a radical coastal elite.

We need all the help we can get with voter turnout, starting right NOW. We need to counter the socialist message from Biden and Harris and make sure every freedom and liberty-loving Nebraskan casts their vote.
