I am so glad to be a part of this historic moment and am asking you to join us in celebrating: Kamala Harris is the first woman of color to ever be on the presidential ticket — and with our hard work and dedication, she will soon serve as our first-ever woman Vice President.

Senator Harris has more than proven herself as a fierce advocate for minorities and undervalued Americans across the country. The Democratic Party is lucky to have her representing us, and the American people will be better off with her in the White House.

The Biden-Harris ticket represents our country better than any other presidential ticket in American history. We are rapidly moving forward towards representation that is inclusive and true to our progressive values. I'm proud to throw my support behind Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as President and Vice President.
