Only U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents are eligible to contribute. An Individual can contribute up to $5,000 to Outrage then Action PAC per calendar year. Married couples may together give a total of $10,000 per calendar year. Federal political action committees (PACs) can contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year. The first $5,000 contributed in a calendar year from federally permissible sources will be deposited in Outrage then Action PAC's contribution account.
