Hey John,
If you pay any attention to Wisconsin politics, you know it’s an unpredictable state – just look at the two U.S. Senators! And 2020 is shaping up to be another wild ride. We’ve already watched voters smash turnout records (in the middle of a pandemic!) and elect a slate of LGBTQ candidates at the local level.
The latest surprise? Wisconsin just voted for another huge slate of LGBTQ candidates. I’m excited to share that Marisabel Cabrera, Lee Snodgrass, Mark Spreitzer, Israel Ramon and Jessica Katzenmeyer have all WON their primary races! [[link removed]]
But the battle isn’t over yet. Jess is running to make history as the first openly trans state legislator in Wisconsin and we're already hearing reports that anti-trans attacks are in the works. And our incumbents are going to face wave after wave of attacks from bigots trying to flip their seats. If they’re going to make history on Election Day, we must show them our support now. Will you chip in today to make history in Wisconsin? [[link removed]]

Now, you probably remember when Wisconsin surprised everyone in 2016, handing Donald Trump a narrow win. But if our LGBTQ candidates turn out enough pro-equality voters this year, we can take Wisconsin back and ensure Trump loses this state.
Help take back Wisconsin and make sure Trump loses in November – donate today! [[link removed]]

LGBTQ Victory Fund has helped thousands of openly LGBTQ candidates win elections up and down the ballot, from sea to shining sea since our founding in 1991. We believe representation is power so we elected U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Kyrsten Sinema, Governors Jared Polis and Kate Brown, all seven LGBTQ members of U.S. Congress and countless candidates for state and local government, including Virginia Delegate Danica Roem, Colorado state Representative Leslie Herod and Pennsylvania Assemblymember Brian Sims. And with an unprecedented number of LGBTQ people running for office in this year, we’ll need your support to make 2020 the next Rainbow Wave.
