It’s official. Joe Biden just picked CA Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate--and sent a crystal clear message that his potential presidency would be the most radically liberal in American history.
This team would be a disaster for our economic recovery, and for workers across our country.
Kamala Harris made her economic policies known during her brief run for the Democratic presidential nomination. She aligned herself with her party’s far-left “democratic socialist” wing, which shouldn’t surprise anyone given her tenure as a San Francisco liberal and now California Senator.
Harris shares Joe Biden’s zeal for raising taxes, a practice that has been shown to halt growing economies every single time it’s been tried.
“On Day One, we’re going to repeal that tax bill that benefited the top 1 percent and corporations," Harris vowed last year, in a promise to scrap President Trump’s job-creating middle-class tax cuts.
We knew America was in trouble when Joe Biden was named the Democratic nominee. Now that he’s chosen Kamala Harris as a running mate… it’s gone from bad to worse.
Aside from re-electing President Trump, we can fight this by making sure we elect principled conservatives to Congress. It’s terrifying to think about Joe Biden winning the presidency, but we have to prepare for the worst.
We have to fight to get President Trump re-elected, and we also need to elect solid Republicans to the House and win back our majority.
