We are in a fight for the soul of our nation's democracy.

As the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church, the spiritual home of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., I think about Dr. King's words often - especially his urgent call for a "revolution of values." And lately, with politicians like Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell in office, these words ring truer than ever.

Corrupt leaders have silenced millions with systematic voter suppression. They've attacked our health care. They've abused their power, and they've led an all-out assault on the character of our country.

If we don't respond in this moment of crisis with the moral leadership that these issues deserve, what will our country become?

Friend, that's why I'm running for U.S. Senate - to restore moral leadership to our government and make sure every single person has a voice in our democracy. But I won't be able to flip Georgia blue without hearing what's important to people like you. So I need your help: Will you please take just a few moments to take our campaign's priorities survey? I've dedicated myself to my community and worked hard to help others realize their fullest potential - because I know what it's like to not be born with a seat at the table. We have to make the system work for everyone, and it's exactly what I plan to do in the Senate.

I'm ready to make health care affordable and accessible for all - because one bad diagnosis shouldn't send our families spiraling. Ready to fight for the dignity of workers. Ready to get out the vote, not suppress the vote. Ready to stand up for the kid growing up in the projects and communities across Georgia, who, like me, wants to achieve their American dream.

I'm ready to flip the great state of Georgia blue and take back the Senate for Democrats - but I can't do it without you.
