We have less than 90 days to ensure every American has safe and equal access to a ballot on Election Day.  

Our team of lawyers are fighting around the clock to file lawsuits to block rigid mail-in-ballot procedures, dramatic reductions in in-person polling places, and the use of touchscreen ballot-marking devices that are not only susceptible to hacking, but also disease vectors.  

Last week, we filed legal briefs in support of motions for preliminary injunction in our North Carolina and Pennsylvania cases in an effort to protect voters before the general election and guarantee free and fair elections for all.
