Uline, a Wisconsin-based distributor, is planning to occupy nearly 1.2 million square feet of warehouse space at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The building involved belongs to Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE Global Investors, and Uline's portion will amount to more than half of the Passport Park project.

US business-to-business marketers are expected to decrease their advertising spending this year 9.6% to $21.42 billion, but are expected to emphasize digital marketing with a 22.6% increase, in a shift from canceled in-person events and other traditional tactics, according to eMarketer. The top digital channels include search, webinars and other virtual events, podcasts and LinkedIn, reports eMarketer.
