Climate change denial is downright cruel during a combined health and economic crisis.

Hey John,
As you know, we are in the middle of an economic crisis. Millions of people are out of jobs, more people are at risk of losing their homes and livelihoods, and people are struggling to make ends meet.
Amid all of this, the federal government has insisted on handing corporate bailouts to the polluting oil and gas industries, choosing to keep them afloat, at the expense of human lives and overall wellbeing.
On top of this economic crisis, our country is grappling with a catastrophic respiratory crisis, exacerbated by incompetence, lies, and corruption in the Trump administration and his political appointees in the EPA. Now more than ever, our government should be prioritizing people over the polluting industries that make our air dirty and hard to breathe.
By choosing to support the industries worsening climate change, President Trump and his allies are demonstrating that they care more about corporate interests than they do about people and the environment we live in —they’re even going so far as to outright deny that climate change is real and happening now. We need to push back and get the facts out. [[link removed]]
CALL OUT CLIMATE DENIERS [getthefactsout.com]
President Trump, several members of his administration, and many more members of Congress are climate deniers—despite the science being right in front of them. This denial is harmful at the best of times, but downright cruel during a combined health and economic crisis. Not only does this denial pave the way for putting profits over people, it actively harms communities all over the country.
It’s past time to call out climate deniers and champion climate justice. Climate justice is the first step in the fight for an equitable economy, one where everyone can benefit.
Join us in calling out the denial and misinformation surrounding the climate crisis. [getthefactsout.com]
