Midnight tomorrow is a critical deadline in our fight for life.

New York is teaming up with Planned Parenthood to make its horrific expansion of abortion even worse.

New York passed the most barbaric abortion law in U.S. history, legalizing abortion to the moment of birth. Now Planned Parenthood has joined with New York, filing lawsuits to force pro-life doctors and nurses to participate in these horrific abortions.

It’s unthinkable. Nurses are actually being forced to participate in the killing of unborn babies against their will.

But we can still win. Just this week, we vindicated the rights of a nurse who was forced to participate in an abortion.

But Planned Parenthood is firing back in court, seeking to reinstate $60 million in taxpayer funding.

At the ACLJ, we are aggressively defending babies in courts nationwide, including cases pending at the Supreme Court. We just filed critical briefs on both coasts to stop New York and Planned Parenthood’s dangerous new abortion-related lawsuits.
