You couldn't be there when David entered the dark underbelly of the abortion industry -- sitting across the table from abortionists haggling over the price of baby body parts with cold-blooded clarity... And you couldn't be there with David when he appeared in both Texas and California for booking and processing -- fingerprinted and photographed for mug-shots like a common criminal. (But our criminal defense team was there!)

In addition to the criminal case and the new federal lawsuit, we’re currently defending David in THREE other cases.In the civil lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood, we are appealing the jury’s verdict, along with the judge’s order permanently banning David from doing any more undercover journalism against Planned Parenthood.

Meanwhile, the judge in the civil lawsuit brought by the National Abortion Federation continues to refuse to lift the preliminary "gag order" injunction that prohibits David from releasing any more of his video evidence exposing Planned Parenthood’s illegal fetal tissue business.

And in the civil lawsuit filed by anonymous Planned Parenthood personnel in federal court up in Seattle, we just achieved a victory for a second time on appeal. This should now entitle David to see public records of taxpayer-funded transactions involving abortionists' sales of aborted babies' body parts to middle-man brokers -- and then to the University of Washington's fetal research clearinghouse for resale to other laboratories around the United States.
But Planned Parenthood has millions of dollars to spend on lawyers and lobbyists -- and they'll stop at nothing to silence David and prevent the truth from coming out.
