Yesterday, we sent out the below email with a typo that replaced pro-choice with pro-life. Obviously, that's a pretty BIG typo. Crazy days on the campaign trail can lead to mistakes, but that's no excuse, and this is one that we want to clear up immediately. For years, we have watched a coordinated, relentless national assault on abortion rights.

Extremist politicians in Washington—and right here in Montana—have decided that they know better than women when it comes to their own private medical decisions.

In our family, we don’t mince words about where we stand on this.

When I first filed the paperwork to run for Governor, my wife stood beside me wearing a pro-choice T-shirt. We quite literally put it front and center on day one, because defending abortion rights is a non-negotiable facet of fundamental freedom.

And nothing’s changed now that I’m running for Congress.

Women must be free to make their own healthcare decisions. Period.

But Aaron Flint doesn’t believe that. Nor do the wealthy donors bankrolling his campaign. They are terrified of what happens when voters actually have a say on reproductive freedom, so they are dumping dark money into this district to force their extreme, out-of-touch agenda on the rest of us.

I am tired of waiting around to learn what rights my wife does or doesn’t have. That’s why I’m running for this open seat in MT-1.
